    PCRG has been in operation for over 10 years and every PCRG session is mentored by Queensland’s own “Pat Carroll”. Pat holds Queensland records for Marathon (2.09.39) and Half Marathon (61.11). PCRG takes place Tue/Thur/Fri @ 5.30am from The Ship Inn @ South Bank. Every session involves a “20 min core” which will find you stepping out of your comfort zone. Runners of all levels are catered for and each session attracts upwards of 70 runners. Feel free to give Pat a call (0403 176672) or simply turn up @ The Ship Inn for a friendly group run session.
